1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at spinsparkflow.cam or visiting the physical Spin Spark Flow studio in Malta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Health and Safety Limitations

Participation in Vinyasa Flow, Aerial Arts, Kinetic Pilates, or any other activity offered at our studio involves inherent risks. By participating, you represent that you are in good physical health. Always consult a physician before beginning any new exercise regimen. Spin Spark Flow and its instructors are not liable for any physical injury sustained during practice.

3. Class Cancellations & Refunds

Class reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a credit return. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeiture of the class credit. All membership purchases are non-refundable.

4. Studio Etiquette

To maintain a serene environment, we require all mobile devices to be turned off or silenced before entering the practice space. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start; late entries may be refused to prevent disruption.
